ProjeX ingests the full project body of knowledge — prior reports, study guidelines, regulations, procurement history, meeting minutes, stakeholder correspondence — and makes it searchable, auditable, and continuously assembled into the documents the project has to produce. It runs inside your enterprise cloud, inside your policies, with your people in the loop.
Less administration. More study. Confident governance.
// PROJEX — FAQ
Common questions on ProjeX
How is ProjeX different from a generic enterprise search or RAG tool?
Generic retrieval tools index documents and return passages. ProjeX is built around the actual deliverables a major project has to produce — study chapters, regulatory submissions, monthly external reports, close-out evidence — and continuously assembles them from the underlying body of knowledge. Every answer carries the source document and page number, and the system tracks compliance against SDG, GISTM, regulatory and corporate standards as the project progresses, not just on demand.How does ProjeX handle confidential project information?
ProjeX runs inside the client’s enterprise cloud, inside their existing identity and access policies. Documents do not leave the tenant. Like the rest of the AiRis suite, project data is never used to train shared models, and access controls flow through the client’s SSO and document-management permissions rather than being re-implemented inside the tool.What sources can ProjeX ingest?
Prior reports, study guidelines, regulations, procurement history, contracts, meeting minutes, stakeholder correspondence — typically pulled from SharePoint, Aconex, EDMS systems, network shares and project email archives. Both structured and unstructured sources, with provenance preserved so every answer can be traced back to a specific document and version.What stage is ProjeX at and how do new users engage?
ProjeX is in active development with project-team pilots underway. Engagements run as joint development partnerships — we stand ProjeX up against a real project body of knowledge, work with the client’s study or delivery leads on the deliverables that matter most to them, and shape the feature pipeline alongside them.
