Every engagement runs in an isolated environment. Client data is not used to train shared models. Generic AI tools train on user prompts; we explicitly do not. Proprietary risk frameworks, project data and operational intelligence remain the client’s, secured and never reused for the benefit of competitors.

What does a typical advisory engagement look like?

Engagements range from short due-diligence reviews (two to four weeks) through to 6–12-month strategic-mine-planning or major-capital-projects programmes. Our Story

AiRis Analytica is a decision-intelligence platform for mining, infrastructure, and major projects. We bring disconnected models, assumptions, and teams into a single system — simulating pathways, quantifying trade-offs, and moving organisations from analysis to one defensible capital plan. Built by people who have run major projects, sharpened by advanced computation.

AiRis Analytica was founded in 2023 with a clear mission: to fuse deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge technologies to drive disruptive change in the mining and energy sectors. From day one, we’ve focused on solving complex capital project challenges — where risk, scale, and uncertainty collide.

In our first year, we delivered a blend of strategic advisory services and pioneering AI risk management prototypes, laying the groundwork for smarter decision-making in high-stakes environments. By late 2024, we expanded into mine planning optimisation, helping mining operations unlock new efficiencies through intelligent design.

2025 marked a significant turning point. We began collaborating with tier 1 mining and infrastructure companies to co-develop AI solutions that reimagine how capital projects are planned, procured, and operated — from strategic mine planning and procurement, through to project knowledge and plant performance. In September 2025, we formalised our new founding team to drive the company forward into its next phase — bringing together decades of domain expertise with a shared vision for transformation.
